Q: What is DXRacer’s Return Policy?
A: DXRacer does offer a 30 days window that chairs purchased off from our website can be returned. You would need to ship your chair back to our Michigan or California warehouse in the original packaging, or something equivalent.

Q: What is DXRacer’s Warranty Policy?
A: DXRacer does offer a two year warranty on the chair parts (not including natural wear of the PU or fabric), and a lifetime warranty on the steel frame.
