My son loves it. He thinks it looks and feels great. It arrived quickly and was super easy to put together. It was a little awkward because the parts are pretty heavy, but I'm a 5'4 115# woman and had it all together in about 1/2 hour by myself. It was a surprise for my son so I wanted to have it together and ready to use when giving it to him.

I love that this chair is so comfortable at the same time as offering great support. It is one of the few chairs I tried that gives you a fully upright sitting position with an adjustable cushion for lumbar support. I absolutely love it! My only complaint is with the arm rests which are not comfortable as they do not turn inward to support your arms when you are using a keyboard. They can be lowered out of the way completely, but then who needs them? I will probably end up covering them with padding so that they don't bother me and are more useful.
