Totally feel the difference from my previous chair. Great chair! It has lots of customization, from tilt to 4 arm adjustments. and the chair is stylish. The head pillow and lumbar support make it more comfortable. the leather of the chair feels durable and soft. I was really surprised about the modular design that allows you to customize the chair.

The backrest conforms to your body and supports your back and bottom in an ergonomic manner. The tilt adjuster is great and provides just enough and safe reclining for everyone's preference and then allows you to lock it in. I'm happy with it.
