Great customer support! The chair was delivered with a rip on the back of the chair. I was sent a new back within a few days when after I explained my son needed the chair for distanct learning, and I couldn't wait for a return and a reorder. Very cooperative! Plus the chair is comfy and gives my son the support he needs for long hours in front of the computer!
