Stitching Techniques

Two-needle industrial sewing is an essential part of the sewing process. DXRacer uses a specialized 2-needle industrial sewing machine to sew the chair’s leather, resulting in a chair with superior sewing flatness. In addition, we used the automatic router machine to execute the sewing process flawlessly, ensuring the intended aesthetic and accentuating the chair's elegant linear shape.

Craftsmanship of Embroidery

The Craft Series gaming chair stands out from its competitors due to its outstanding craftsmanship, sleek design, and delicate touch, making it popular with esports enthusiasts. Embroidering these KOI Edition patterns is no small feat either. It requires a whopping 260,000 stitches to bring them to life and takes approximately seven hours to complete just six final pieces. That's right, each stitch is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail, resulting in stunning works of art. Compared with traditional printing, its appearance is more attractive, high-end and three-dimensional, making it highly favored by all.

Cutting Techniques

We were the first to introduce the utilization of the automatic computerized fabric-cutting machine. The computer will preset the operational path, and thereafter, the machine will execute accurate incisions according to the layout logic. Only the fabric that meets consistent specifications and has impeccably stitched edges is eligible to proceed to the following steps in production.This method ensures that the dimensions of the seat cover are precise, leaving no room for error. Thanks to the precise and careful cutting process, you can enjoy a seat cover that not only looks great but also maintains its pristine condition for years to come.

We choose all-steel frames for our chairs. Constructed with sturdy steel tubes boasting a thickness of 1.5 mm, this frame ensures durability and reliability. But that's not all - the flexible elastic belts not only enhance your safety but also take your gaming experience to a whole new level.

Cold-Cure Foam

DXRacer has achieved a fully automated production line as a result of its adherence to the standards of raw material formulation ratio and foam hardness for vehicle seats over a couple of years. We mix materials A and B in the industrial mixer, and once they are well mixed, the robotic arm will automatically put the resulting mixture into the mold. It is then heated and shaped in a mold under precise timing instructions. Take the foam out and allow it to be compressed. Prior to being packaged, the foam goes through a chemical process and should be allowed to rest for three days.DXRacer cold-cure foam is a medium-firm foam that provides the perfect balance of softness and firmness. It effectively caters to the comfort requirements of the majority of our users, ensuring a comfortable experience without sacrificing comfort.

Manual Assembly

Fully substituting the manual assembly gaming seats with mechanical automated assembly is challenging. The assembly of the seat, with its curved shape and specialized accessories, necessitates the expertise of highly experienced individuals who have years of assembly experience and competency. This ensures that the assembly standards are met and results in superior products being delivered to consumers.

Seating Durability Test

A 125 lbs (57 kg) weight falls onto the seat for 100,000 cycles.

Armrest Durability Test

A force of 400 N (41 kg) is repeatedly applied to the armrest for 60,000 cycles.

Caster Durability Test

Casters are swiveled back and forth for 2,000 cycles in a space with obstacles and 98,000 cycles without obstacles.

Hydraulics Durability Test

A 269 lbs (122 kg) weight is placed onto the seat. The hydraulics is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise for a total of 120,000 cycles.

Base Load Test

A force of 11,120 N (1,135 kg) is applied to the base for 1 minute.

Frame Durability Test

A 240 lbs (109 kg) weight is placed on the center of the seat. A force of 445 N (45 kg) is repeatedly applied to the backrest for 120,000 cycles. 10~30 cycles per minute is the average rate.
