I like that the adjustable arms are movable in two ways.....up and down and also there are 3 settings of direction (toward or away from me). It took me about 45 minutes to put together. I'm female and I was able to build it without any help. If you have any experience with directions without text, you shouldn't have any trouble.

This chair is is quite nice. It feels very solid compared to the cheaper chairs I've tried, and I don't feel like it's straining if I lean backwards.
