Chair is well worth the money you will spend on it. Knockoffs will seem cheap and uncomfortable after getting this product.Fed-Ex did not make the shipping and delivery very easy. After 2 attempts at different and unspecified times, I finally had them hold it at a local center to pick it up.Product is amazing but delivery was a hassle.

This chair is overall great. It looks sleek and clean in my space, has fantastic lumbar support (without needing a pillow), and I love how much it can safely recline without feeling like you're falling.
