I played video games for long periods of time and my back was killing me on my old chair. On the Craft Series, I really don't have any problems. It is helping my back a lot, and it feels soft and comfortable. Best chair I have ever bought.

I really like that the armrests can be adjusted in angle. Even though I've only had the chair for two weeks, it looks strong and well put together.

My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.
