This is an awesome chair! At first it was a bit firm compared to the softer chair I had been using for almost a decade, but after using this for a week I noticed the pain in my back was getting better. This chair offers awesome back support for long gaming sessions. I don't use the extra pillow stuff, they don't fit my body needs.

This chair is sooo comfy! Just sitting on the seat, which is not too soft nor too firm is a wonderful experience.
