It is worth every penny you spend on it. Simple to assemble. Due to the softness and breathability of the PU leather cover, it is ideal for long periods of sitting. My head stays cool and is supported by a headrest made of gel foam that is very comfortable.

12/05/2016 and now 04/04/2016 the chair has been retired, never broke never had any issues, these GEN 1 dxracers were good but the cushions are flat and the fabrics are beyond stained... beer mostly, milk, food, sweat, boogies and people and friends on it. I believe that to be 7+ years out of a chair i think those years were worth the $300 spent. R.I.P. DXRACER.
