The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.

The arm is adjustable and the head pillow is like a memory foam. If you have back problems this is not for you because it does not have lower lumbar controls or a pad. Also, assembling is fairly easy.

What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.

I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.

It is comfortable and sturdy to hold me. Quality of the parts & packing, to the materials used, to the ergonomic comfort is very impressive. A couple hours in with everything else staying very comfy.

As soon as you open the box and you see the packaging, you'll know right there that you got something good. Really great chair. The seat is firm, supportive, and comfortable hours in. The pillow is a nice touch, as well as the lumbar support being movable within the seat.

This chair is solid, unlike the chairs I've purchased in the past. The construction and materials are excellent.

My kids have been using these chairs for awhile now and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised how nice they are. I really don't have anything bad to say about these chairs. For the price, they are definitely a great bargain.
