This is absolutely the best chair that I've ever owned! I got this hoping for the best, because you never really know how buying a chair online is going to go, but this is an awesome office char.I'm 6'2" and 190 pounds and it's really comfortable. It feels sturdy enough to support much more than my weight, and the chair is tall enough to accommodate someone larger than me. I have pretty broad shoulders and the shoulder support is great. The lumbar and head pillow are a nice addition, especially since you can remove them if you don't like/want them.Assembly was REALLY easy. They send you the chair 80% assembled, and you really just have to connect the main components. If you do BYO furniture this will take you no time. I finished in about 15 minutes, and was taking my time.I HIGHLY recommend this chair to anyone that likes to be comfortable while working. And it doesn't hurt that it looks pretty awesome too!

One of the straps on the lumbar support just snapped off and now the support rests uncomfortably and kind of does the opposite of what it should do.
