I'm 5'10,165lbs, thin female. Was great fit. Very easy to assemble. Packaging was very organized. Some of the stitching on the letter was slightly off but the chairs are hand stitched so it was no big deal. Headrest and lumbar pillow are soft and have just enough cushion, I have scoliosis and wanted a chair I could sit in for long periods of time and this chair so far has not failed me. Only little thing is when reclined the bows on the sides of the chair slightly rub my arms but I can live with it, it's ment for gaming not lounging around. But everyone is different, personally I love it and was uncertain at first due to the comments about them breaking or tearing in months time. But so far so good!

I'll start with the packaging. Mostly it's well packed, but the main box is cheap and easily crushed. So I truly do believe the reviewers that claim damaged goods on arrival. Shame on the manufacturer for not fixing this issue. The assembly is easy and the hardware is top grade. The bolts used are of very high quality. It took me 30 min to unbox and assemble. A glance now and then at the instructions is enough. The assembled chair is really frigging sturdy! I'm 6'1 and 230 lbs and I find the chair rock solid and very comfortable. If you're larger, I know this chair won't be too small as I can tell the sides are made for a larger person. The arm rests and seat are all easily adjustable so you can get that perfect fit for your size, the desk size and how you like to game. Finally my arms are supported perfectly so my wrists are inline with my desk top and keyboard. I don't suffer from back pain but I do notice that the chair almost forces you to sit up straight! I do tend to have a slight curve to the left when I sit. But not in this chair! I hope it helps strengthen my left side. *** OH! I did notice that at the bottom of the chair's back, you can see the padding that's in the chair through the stitching. On longer examination, I believe this is not a flaw at all. You will see that the chair in some parts is stitched with thick, strong wire. The wire can't be stitched like thread, so there's gaps. But because of the thick padding and thick material, some shows through PRIOR TO assembly and is not visible at all after. Anyhow, as long winded as this review is, I find the value excellent. I can't justify removing a star because of the box, seeing as my chair is in perfect shape. Best desk chair I've ever owned.
