I wanted to get a chair that would last me a long time, was sturdy, and conducive to my computer gaming habits. Well this did all of those.#1 The shipping kept jumping from 2 weeks out to 1 week out, and then it was delivered 4 days after purchase... So that's awesome.#2 Despite what some reviews have said... The construction of this could not be easier. It came with all screws, plus an extra. You only need the Allen wrench provided, and it's 8 screws... That's it. A few hard plastic pieces to snap on after to give it a sleek look, snap the casters in and it's done. The instructions are very easy to follow. I personally love the neck and lumbar pillows, they force me to sit correctly and I can't slouch over a long period of time... Although if I do want to, they're easy to take off. I'm 6'1" 230lbs, bigger athletic guy and this shapes to my butt perfectly. I wouldn't recommend it for much bigger than me though. The difference between this and my last is crazy... I thought a $100 chair from Costco would be fine, but the difference is real.
