Everything about this chair is great! This is the first computer/gaming chair that didn't feel cheap when I was putting it together. The chair looked to be built from some high quality parts. After using it for a couple weeks now, I can say that the chair was well worth the money.

I updated my review to a 5 star from 3 because the customer support was incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry about my chairs broken piece.The chair is very comfortable, it feels insanely relaxing to sit in! I've been using it for 10 months now and haven't regretted it.

I got this chair because I had a standard computer chair and it was a very good investment. I have ongoing back problems from a herniated vertebrae disc that went untreated for many years accompanied with poor posture. This chair helped greatly with comfort and has even helped improve my posture. It is a must get if you game or on the computer for many hours.

only issue is...why were some of the parts already together or rather why were the bolts already in the chair. they were just in the way. other then that, good job.

They do offer in other models,the "built-in footrests for the base." But those are really not needed. I got a great deal on this on black friday! 100% awesome. It arrived in two days. I was EXTREMELY surprised because I live in Montana and it was Black Friday when I bought it. We live in an excessively snowy area notorious for shipping delays and they even said to expect delays because of the holiday sale/rush.
