Like sitting on a cloud. Perfectly fits my 6'5" 190lb boyfriend. It's too tall for a short person like me (5'0") to use with the pillow supports but I can sit comfortably in it as well lolOnly minor issue is that the covers to hide the screws/adjustment mechanisms keep falling off, but meh, only happened twice in the two months we've had it.

I got this for the new base and the looks of it .It took me an hour to put it together! Arms have way too much play I think. You MUST put the wheels on so if you are on a smooth floor and try to use racing pedals it is difficult to stay in place. Overall I really like this chair. I had to wait 3 weeks for them to have my color choice in stock and then another week for delivery. But it was well worth the wait!

My husband has had back problems for quite a while now, mind you, he is only like 20. He's been sitting on chairs without lumbar support for a while now and I think it took its toll. This chair comes with the support he needs and his back doesn't hurt anymore. He sits on there all day long and trades stock while playing Runescape now. Lol! This was super easy to assemble, you don't need any tools at all because it comes with it already. It takes a bit of elbow grease to put everything together, but it's super easy. The instructions aren't clear, because it's just in pictures, but with a bit of matching items to the pictures, you can figure it out.
