What's great is that the directions are clear and the components are neatly labeled, making assembly a breeze. This chair's instructions are clear enough that a child could assemble it from the box.

Bought a Tank XL Chair, Justin of Customer service emulates ignorance when not responding to customers. Apparently, Corporate puts this ignorance in charge in Hindering purchases for replacement parts to 7 year old chairs. THIS PILLOW WAS RETURNED WITH PENALTY COST. The has been NO attempt in satisfying the poor information on website, and the emulated ignorance by Jason of customer service dated May-Jun 2021

It's very comfortable to sit on and I like the lumbar support the most. My back often hurts after sitting for a long time. With the adjustable lumbar support of this chair, my back hadn't hurt since I got it. Meanwhile, I like the breathable material of the back. It definitely helps with the air flow of my back. Overall, great chair and I do like it a lot.

Despite the fact that I'm not a huge gamer, I decided to get a DXRacer chair because they seem to be highly recommended by the gaming community and are used in many well-known gaming competitions.

I'm not a big gamer but needed a solid office chair for extended periods so opted for a DXRacer chair since they seem to be highly recommended by the gaming community and used in many famous gaming events.

My husband loves this black/blue gaming chair...he says its comfortable and well made. He was jus sitting in a regular chair before he ordered this one which was giving him back aches. He can sit in this chair for a long period and still gets up without the aches and pain.
