Overall it is pretty good and comfortable. the only down side is how the back supports attach. They tend to slide out of position due to being only attached to elastic straps. Other than that it serves its purpose.

Very good chair. The axis is close to the ground (closer than shown in the instructions) but everything works fine. And Customer Support was extremely helpful.

 I am 5 feet tall and although this chair can fit a much larger person, it is nice and roomy for me to change positions when needed.

Love that it holds up to 220lbs. It’s comfy. I can sit all day for work and then gameplay and not hurt. Love that it reclines, well cushioned; very comfortable in general.

This is by far the most comfortable gaming chair I’ve ever sat in so far. Very supportive lower back area. The arms raise up and down. Also very simple to adjust chair height. Made with great material that’s easy to wash down.
