Originally gave this 4 stars due to the lumbar pillow being pretty hard, making it an uncomfortable seat. Took this off and this chair is perfection.

When the chair arrived the box was pretty much torn open and everything was all over the place. Thankfully the only thing that got damaged was the legs. It had scratches all over it but I'm still using it now because it doesn't effect the way the chair works. Other than that it is very comfortable and the rocking feature is nice.

Easy to assemble. I thought it would be cheaply made because it has a low price tag when compared to other chairs of this style. I’m happy to say it is a good quality chair.
