The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm a 6'3" female who is a compact 265 pounds and I can adjust it to fit me perfectly. It was easy to put together, it's very sturdy, and very comfortable. I can sit in this chair for hours without any pain or discomfort.

It is really a big confort for my back and my neck. I feel more comfortable when I am on zoom meeting or on my desk using my computer or doing something else. Nothing to complain for real about it.
