The chair arrived with everything needed to complete the assembly. The assembly was simple and quick. The chair appears to be well made, with good ergonomics. Everything works well, good height adjustment, back support, head support, arm rest adjustment, and wheels.

The backrest supports your lower back providing good relief throughout the day. You can also change how far back the chair goes and lock it in or leave it unlocked. The headrest is a nice plus too!
