During the holiday rush, it is important to have prompt and timely service. That was what I received and the package (a gift for my son) actually came early. Product was a expected and my son loves it. Packaging was good and the assembly was easy. He loves the comfort and style of this chair.

The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The armrests are incredibly durable.
