Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Great computer chair. Both the construction and the ergonomics are top-notch. Appropriate padding and the materials appear to be quite durable.
