The chair itself is outstanding—honestly, the best gaming chair I’ve ever had. I can't see myself going with any other brand now; I'm even thinking about collecting more of these chairs! I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.
