I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. It was fairly easy to put together and fits perfectly with his gaming desk, it also looks awesome in his room. Super comfy and soft.

I agree with the 5-star reviews. High-quality chair. The heavyweight alone and the large size of the box make a good impression. Quick and easy to assemble. Very smooth-running castors. Everything is adjustable.
