All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The chair itself is decently comfortable, and I was initially satisfied. The chair itself is for my son who is 6'1" and he loves how the chair fits him. The headrest and curves in the back of the chair are built for someone his height. The armrests also adjust which is a bonus.
