Purchased this chair for my big/tall man. He said it was pretty comfortable and seemed more durable than his previous one. The casters worked great, leaning back was quite comfy. Definitely worth it!

I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.
