I ordered this once I had to work from home. It was pretty easy to assemble with two people. Very comfortable in the back and neck area. A great chair for gaming or office work.

I spent about half an hour on the assembly by myself. Everything arrived in one piece because every component was securely packed in foam. I am satisfied with my purchase. I might buy one for my office at work!
