The experience when I sit on it is super great since it has two extra cushions which is neck support and lower back support. The arm and the heights are all adjustable depends on your need. You pay what you get.

Great chair. I’m 6’1 300 pounds so I’m a pretty large guy. This chair has held up easily with no issues. This one has been a great investment so far.
