The lumbar pillow really provide good support when sitting on this chair, and the seat cushion is much more comfortable than my previous chair. The only bad point so far is that it's a little bit lower than my previous desk chair, even at its highest position.

This has been a great chair for my son for gaming. Very comfortable and really easy to put together. Takes maybe 15-25 mins to put together and instructions are very straightforward. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.
