I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.

Amazing packaging, quality and chair itself. Unboxing it was an experience in itself. The manual was easy to follow so it was easy to set up, and I find myself using every feature the chair offers. It was definitely a great investment.

Very comfortable! The cushions, especially in the lumbar area, also play a role. The cushion is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard. So far I have sat in it for 2 hours without any discomfort or pain in my lumbar or back.
