The Chair was very unconformable at first, and then i got used to it and it has helped a lot with my posture and i can sit in it for 12 hours at a time and getting up and not having any issue with my back or my knees, i already had a lot of issue because i am a Marine Vet. But this Chair is Diffidently worth the money for anyone who spends alot of time at the computer.
