Updated review: After contacting customer service, they replaced the wheels free of charge and even sent 3 extra ones. Moving back up to 5 stars as that was my only complaint. The chair is incredibly comfortable and in my opinion totally worth the price when it is intact.Original review: This chair is a joke. Is it comfortable? Yeah. Unfortunately 2 wheels have broken off. I am not heavy, I am both average weight and height (5'8", 160lbs). I do not put a lot of pressure on the chair, but the plastic around the wheels cracks after awhile of moving around on them, and then wheels fall off and do not stay on.
