i've had this chair for roughly an hour, and usually i'd wait longer to post a review: but it's honestly too good. i doubt i'll be changing my opinion about this anytime soon.as someone who suffers from chronic back pain brought on by an injury 12 years ago, been to physical therapy, and used everything from ice packs to pillows on the sub-par walmart office chairs i've only ever owned, this is sent directly from the heavens. IMMEDIATELY i felt a difference with the neck and lower back support, even after i stood up. i have to get used to just letting the chair do its work in terms of keeping me upright! assembly was simple for something of this weight, but you might need a friend if you're small like me.i am 5'4" and 125 pounds and this chair fits me perfectly. i'm so glad i did research beforehand and learned that dxracer made different sized chairs.HIGHLY recommend to back pain sufferers and casual gamers alike. i have zero complaints with this product!
