The quality of the chair is impressive. The workmanship is fine and the materials are durable. I often sit in it for hours at a time, whether I'm working, playing games or just relaxing, and so far the chair hasn't shown any signs of wear and tear.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Nice chair. It is so much more comfortable than my old one and has better features.
