I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Love it. Perfect for individuals like myself who work and play for extended periods. In comparison to my previous gaming chair, Craft is a great upgrade. As well as being very adjustable, it provides exceptional comfort.

The chair is comfortable and has a lot of useful features. It's much better in real life than in the pictures. It looks great. I would suggest this chair.
