Very comfortable for hours a day. I'm not a big person (200lbs 6 ft 2) and chair is doing well and the lumbar support is nice. Love the 4D metal armrests and its so-called module design. Great!

Overall at the price I got the chair, I was very happy. Comfortable chair with many great functions. When I need to take a break, I may lean back on the seat's lumbar support pillow and head pillow and feel like I'm sitting in a sports vehicle.

I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.
