It is extremely supportive and comfortable. My lower back feels both supported and relieved by the chair's ergonomic design.

Very comfortable! The cushions, especially in the lumbar area, also play a role. The cushion is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard. So far I have sat in it for 2 hours without any discomfort or pain in my lumbar or back.

I spent about half an hour on the assembly by myself. Everything arrived in one piece because every component was securely packed in foam. I am satisfied with my purchase. I might buy one for my office at work!
