I personally thought it was very comfortable, or at least more so than most other office chairs I've had. The stitching is perfect and high-end leatherette.

I like this chair. When compared to other, cheaper chairs, this one feels much more sturdy, and even leaning backward doesn't make it uncomfortable. Also, putting everything together took me no more than half an hour at most.

I spend 12–18 hours a day seated since I am on a computer for business and because I enjoy gaming in the evenings. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this chair was. All day long, you won't get tired of it because it's the perfect combination of firm and soft.
