I personally thought it was very comfortable, or at least more so than most other office chairs I've had. The stitching is perfect and high-end leatherette.

Simple and easy to assemble, if you are a little resourceful you can assemble it in 15-20 minutes without any hassle. The frame is solid and of good quality.

I have a Racing Model chair from 2020. The Drifting lift cylinder was the replacement part I was told I needed. It works great, and following a few steps, it was easy to install. However, I do want to point out that it is a good bit taller than the original part, they do not swap out exactly.
