The chair is comfortable with great support. It's firm but the back pillow support is adjustable and you can place it exactly where you need it. All the adjustments on the chair are working.

Absolutely amazing! Comfortable, great quality and didn't take long to put together! Construction is still solid. it was large enough to fit me perfectly. I can sit for hours without hurting and when I need a break! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality comfortable chair for long-hour use!

The chair has the best quality of anything I've bought. It's a sturdy seat with a good feel. Even bad posture receives better support than my old one.
