Head cushion is very comfortable and back has many adjustment levels making it perfect for anyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

The chair came incredibly quickly. The back fits my shoulder very well and the base is soft but firm.
