Good product and great customer support. The only critique about the product itself was the seat height. Slightly short for me.

This chair is extremely sturdy and well-built. The leatherette is great and easy to clean. I am very happy with it.

VERY sturdy chair. Took me about half an hour to assemble. Much easier with someone else to help you.

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!
