These wheels are way better than the cheap plastic ones that came with my office chair. They are a lot quieter when rolling on hard surfaces and don't seem to scratch up the floor. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Clear instructions. The manual included a QR code that, when scanned, took me to a video of the chair's assembly process. From all that work (it isn’t a lot of work to assemble the chair, but just keep going with the story here) of assembling the chair. This chair can provide more comfort. Love it.
