The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

Looks great, material is very good. My 14 year old son loved it and uses it when he’s playing video games, homework and even tilts back in it and dozed off sometimes! He said it’s very comfortable. Easy to put together too.

These chairs are incredible, and the customer service is even better! Honestly, it's the best customer support experience I've ever had. Keep up the great work!
