As soon as I sat in it, I immediately felt the difference. Working from home, I need support for my lower back since I'm sitting all the time. So far, it's doing what it's supposed to for support.

Just a great chair all around. I WFH and am sitting all day so need something quality. I would add massaging and heat in the future designs.
