The width of the chair is quite spacious, yet does not take up a lot of space. The tilt-back feature is also very smooth, and the up-down movement is easy to use. I chose the Black/White color, and I've got to say it looks nice.

I like the chair, but the headrest is too low. I'm 5'9" and the headrest on the highest-level hits me below the neck. The chair said people up to 6' 1" could use the chair. The description doesn't seem to match the chair. I'm having to return the chair at my cost and order an XL.

This chair is sooo comfy! Just sitting on the seat, which is not too soft nor too firm is a wonderful experience.
