Upon getting the chair, the assembly process was very simple. From my perspective, there is no cause for complaint. The initial days, weeks, and months were highly satisfactory. This chair surpasses all other (office) chairs in terms of comfort, based on my own experience.

Things to consider: There aren't many downsides, unless you're very picky. The armrests feel slightly loose, though this is understandable given their range of motion. If you're not very heavy, the cushioning might feel a bit firm. Personal experience: I bought the XL version and initially doubted if it would be too big. However, it would have been a mistake to get the regular size, especially since I'm tall, have long legs, and am on the heavier side. So, it's really important to consider who will be using the chair before making a decision.
