I can adjust this ergonomic chair to different angles -- up to 135 degrees. Isn't that awesome? Anyhow, when I work, I adjust this to a position that forces me to sit straight which helps with my back pain.

Shipped quickly. Our chair ended up being a tad too short for the height we need but we are excited to get our XL chair!!!

Because the armrests are pre-assembled and because most of the screws are already in the right place, assembly was a breeze. What this implies is that you may quickly position the part to be attached, loosen the screws, and then screw it back on. The assembly is, overall, quite easy.
