Just got the chair yesterday. Quality is much better than I was expecting. Seems durable and is very comfortable. I tried some high end ones and for the price this compares to them.

As soon as you open the box and you see the packaging, you'll know right there that you got something good. Really great chair. The seat is firm, supportive, and comfortable hours in. The pillow is a nice touch, as well as the lumbar support being movable within the seat.
