I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. This is a seriously amazing office chair! I've had mine for close to two months now and I couldn't be happier. This chair is fantastic; not only is it well-made and comfortable, but the customer service is excellent.

Looks great, material is very good. My 14 year old son loved it and uses it when he’s playing video games, homework and even tilts back in it and dozed off sometimes! He said it’s very comfortable. Easy to put together too.
